Digital Platform for Saudi Arabia’s Construction Industry

Timeline and scope

  • Project Duration: 3 weeks

  • Estimated Deliverables: 20+ screens designed in UX and UI

  • Team Size: 2 Designers

My Role

We were responsible for overseeing a comprehensive design audit of the existing application, while also driving the conceptualization and structural design of the new journeys . The development of the UX patterns was establishment of a cohesive Design Language System (DLS) to ensure consistency across all design elements.

Working in an Agile environment, we collaborated closely with the business associate from McKinsey, aligning on key objectives and delivering iterative solutions over three-week sprints. Throughout this process, the UX journeys were aligned with visual design components, fostering seamless integration between structure and aesthetics. We ensured that all deliverables were on track, meeting both functional requirements and design standards within the established timelines.
